Orders and Shipping
There is a 2 days preparation time required on all fresh food products unless stated otherwise. This applies to both delivery and self-collection. Remember to plan your orders in advance!
There is a $15 standard delivery fee for every order.
Free standard delivery for orders above $165.
Additional $15 location surcharge for orders to addresses in Sentosa and Tuas. This is mandatory even for orders that qualifies for free standard delivery.
Are purchases final?
We are unable to accept returns on all fresh food products. We take great care and pride in ensuring your order arrives fresh and in an amazing state.
If you received faulty products, do contact us directly immediately, and provide photos or videos!
We are not responsible for deliveries that are left unattended or not properly stored according to our care instructions.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
